1. Our offers are based on the information supplied by the client. We cannot accept any liability for errors and omissions. The properties are offered subject to prior sale/letting.

2. Our offers are intended only for the intended recipient. If offers are made available to third parties without our consent, the intended recipient will be obliged to pay the full commission in the event that the third party who has gained access to our privileged information completes the business transaction
